PMC Role Descriptions

Analyst: Students in the analyst position are starting their professional career, and provide support to consultants and project managers. Work tasks focus towards data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking. This role requires ~1.5 hours/week, and serves as a pipeline to our consultant and project manager roles in following semesters.

Consultant: Consultants lead the development of work deliverables and manage their group’s analysts. They synthesize industry and company research, lead modeling and process analysis, and compile insight into client presentations and reports. Time requirement is ~2 hours/week.

Project Manager: Project managers serve as team lead. They plan projects, communicate between the client and their team, distribute work, and monitor performance. Consulting, project management, or relevant experience is preferred, and a weekly time commitment of ~2 hours is required.
